We’re kicking things off this week with a batch of mylentil bolognese! Make this at the start of the week and you can enjoy it for any leftovers or lunches as needed.

I love thisspicy honey chicken with thai zoodles. The flavor is SO spot on and it’s super satisfying too.

Next up,cheeseburger chopped salad. Who can say no to this? It’s one of our most favorite meals in this house.

Myone pot shrimp orzocomes in next and it’s so unbelievably easy and flavorful.

Make a batch of myslow roasted tomato farro saladfor an easy Friday dinner. Again, any leftovers of this are wonderful and so easy. Great hot or cold too!

Finally, thispork milanese with lemon arugulais so simple and delicious. A classic that everyone loves.
